What, The Founders Program for MWT? That's a logical extension since Infinite Game Publishing has been working with Piranha for the majority of MWO's development cycle.

Or is it the whole 'BattleTech: The Gathering' thing?

I'll check the Founders packages out, and might plunk some small amount down, but I'm not buy C-Bills for a random group of tactics/pilots/equipment/&-orChassis; that has ALWAYS turned me off about the CCG craze - at least MtG essentially give people the ability to buy the specific cards they want and need; the final death throes of Star Wars Galaxies tried the CCG crap without realizing this, and I've seen a handful of other small MMOs try that idea and shoot themselves in the foot, and now...just as I was getting interested something Battletech-related that doesn't showcase my degraded reflexes, there's THIS twaddle...

*sigh*

I think I'll just go and install MechCommander 2 again.

Yea it was mainly the founders program stuff because I didn't know of the connection to MWO. I may keep and eye on it since I have the real BTCG anyway.

I'd actually let my beta testing responsibilities languish over the holidays (dang Steam Sales ) and to be honest I am enjoying what I'm seeing (really, REALLY hope the get the mech lab working more responsively with click-n-dragging things ).

So once my latest influx to my Paypal account clears, I'll plump up for the lowest Founder's pack. *shrug*
