It's amazing how many times I see a Heavy or Assault trying to track a circling light (even if they are reversing) and getting their rear cored when they could have just backed up against a building or cliff and denied the little bugger access to their rear armour and forcing the light to either find another target or risk staying in the Heavy/Assaults forward arc. This is exactly what I do and it ruins a circling light's fun real fast.

Since I can't play for a couple more days I'll post up my current favorite build of the BJ-1X. Medium Scout and InterceptorThis mech is great for both game types and encourages team play. The tag laser helps team mates lock on faster and nullifies ecm mechs, has max armour minus a ton off the legs for the extra heat sink in the arm, bap for that extra range boost to your radar, and good speed at 99kph with tweak. This little puppy stays nice and cool even on the hottest maps so you can inflict massive damage over and over again while enemies stay shut down. Add advanced sensor range, advanced seismic sensor and capture accelerator for the best all around performance in any game type. You will be the hit and run master against heavier mechs, and the light mech interceptor on your team. Enjoy!

We needy more loadouts - actually we needy more players... First set are Hunchies. http://mwo.smurfy-net.de/mechlab#i=21&l=c5b6cdf9e47f0a7eb34b46a121c1b3bbdb30a530This is a modified 4J because atm there are a lot of AMS about and my normal LRM loadout just doesn't pack enough to overcome it. LRM version is two LRM-10+A and 3 tons of ammo, think it looses a couple DHS as well. http://mwo.smurfy-net.de/mechlab#i=22&l=79e6205aa2feded0b6079124f62539e2bafde49f This is pretty much the standard non-stock 4SP. I use AMS but it can be removed. My Founders 4G is basically stock except I strip the small laser off and add DHS. Hmm the forums don't seem to auto ask for a link-name for URLs like they used to and I can't seem to rem how to do it manually.

Trebuchet I run the 3C just pure stock it is already setup quite nice. http://mwo.smurfy-net.de/mechlab#i=60&l=stockEdit: Sandy caught a mistake on this one. I just linked the stock 3C but make sure you move the ammo to the legs.

Az, I hope you don't actually put ammo in your torsos. Especially the center... :p

I haven't had a CT ammo explosion yet even from MGs. Same for AMS ammo in the sides. The only ammo I have really noticed to explode regularly is missile ammo and heavier AC ammo. That being said the stock 3C link was incorrect to use, I do run that ammo in the legs . I think that's the only one with readily explodable ammo shown in the sides.
