I don't have the error anymore it seems but a question.
I need to patch up the Mekpak but I still have the Highdef patch installed.
Can you install the Meckpak update with that installed or do you have to remove the High Def Hud to install the Mekpak?
Guess I need to install a few maps too, not sure if any new ones. hehe.

You'll need to remove the HiDef and any other tek files if you have installed them. MWL has now consolidated the maps into 3 large files. They are located in the
Map Management Console area of the site. The files will install everything you need. It will also install and convert the Veng and BK maps.

Ok how can I remove it. I can't seem to find out how. I can't locate it anywhere.

There should be a txt file in the main folder that explains how to do it. Let me do some research.

Bah! I can't find the dang thing. I know it will only work if you've backed up your files when you installed HDP. Something about moving the files up or down one level in the folder.

Looks like I messed it up trying to get rid of the pak beta so I have to reinstall.
Question. I tried to install the pr1-3.2 update but I don't quite get it. I did the extract like it suggested then ran the wnapply. But it asks for the name of a file I want to apply where. I'm not sure what to do. I went to the site and they say read the readme - well I would if it had one.
So what do I type into the apply program and do I just apply it to the main Mercs folder?

That file is just the applier. The other file in the directory you created when you extracted is the actual patching material. It should be mekpak302(pr1).wnp. That's the file you want to point to. Just browse to it and select it, then select your mercs directory for the second box.
