The folks at Mektek have come up with a program to find Mercs servers when Zone Match is down. This program is in beta form right now but it seems to be working very well. You can find instructions on how to use the program in this thread at Mektek or this thread at MWL. I'll update the Utter Noob's Guide when the program comes out of beta form.
