Ok... I bought a computer about 15 months ago and the video card's just wasn't cutting it. (Unfortunatly is still uses PCI cards, no agp or PCI Express) I bought a Radion budget card that's been getting me by, but lo and behond, games are starting to outstrip it again.
Anyone have a good suggestions for a PCI vid card that'll still be decent for gaming for a while yet?

There's no PCI graphics card faster than the budget Radeon you mentioned, unfortunately - they simply don't exist. PCI is long gone as a graphics interface, with AGP following - you can't get the newer cards in an AGP flavour anymore =(.
Best bet would be to keep going with what you have and save up for a new mobo/CPU/RAM/vid card. Nothing you buy is going to be worth it at all.
Sorry man. =(
P.S. Good to see ya though. How's things going?
