Make out what? The drawing seems pretty clear. The second text hard to head, but I can make out "Eldar Dreadnought" with a bit of squinting. Might want to make it a bit bigger.

I posted at an art forum and they seemed to think it was a mass of pasta.

You could just relabel it the Flying Spaghetti Monster and then feel all avant-garde for toying with expectations.

And I'm humble, too! And hey, I was just suggesting that you give them what they want. Which is obviously pasta.

In all honesty, though, the only part of the drawing that seems unclear to me are the extremeties, where the detail starts to fall off. Is that the idea, or is it just not finished yet? It feels a bit rough there, but nowhere near spaghetti-lump level.

It's not finished, but I'm assuming they were referring too many confusing curves? Maybe. They weren't terribly descriptive.

I think once you start to throw some color on it that the extremeties will stand out much more.

Seriously, when the art comunity makes a big deal out of paintings like voice of fire (a blue canvas with a red stripe down the middle) and a museum buys it for $2,000,000.00 and they celebrate that fact. I know all I need to about their tastes and their inteligence, and could give a rats ass about what they think

Anyway, like Thrashy said, it looks unfinished to me. But I get the general idea of what you are aiming at doing. Having seen your other works, I'm very interested to see the end results. You really do have some amazing talent

And now it's my turn to say, "That just came out so wrong..."

I think it looks really cool, but I can see how someone might have a hard time with making out some of the limbs due to the unnatural bends and the fact that they're all tucked in somewhat closer to the body since it's crouched and it has an arm down by its legs. But with a creature like that, it always seems kinda tricky to make out what exactly it looks like. *remembers Alien movies*

At any rate,

seems anyone that has any knowledge of the 40k universe would know, but i could be wrong. that is awsome btw.

Some of the lines are a bit hard to discern from the rest of the body, and the flag-banner-things on the "wings" are oddly shaped, but it's no spaghetti-lump. Looks pretty cool.
