Hello all.
Dont be afraid to accept credit for the mission if people thank TB, you guys helped develope it so you should take come credit for it. Remember your to blame too.
Ive seen few TBers thanking Mechstorm but not accepting the credit for TBs contributions. I think you guys should start accepting the compliments given to you.
Jimmy: The mission does contain a little Banzai Humour. Though this time its not names, its audio and you need to be in single player to hear it.
So far the feedback has mostly been positive. Ive only heard 1 crash report and the guy has not been back to me since i gave him some ideas to solve his problem. It looks like BBC2 will be as useful to folk as BBC1 was. Which may mean TB get a lot of questions about training.
In which case you might want to sort out a post for BBC2 users that points to guides available here that cover various elements of training used in BBC2.
Also dont forget, theres a config file that allows people to weak the missions difficulty level too.
Here is a little info i posted over at mwl.

Here are some tips for server side setups depending on the use your going to put the mission too.
Open up the file banzaibootcamp2.abi, you will find it in the following location Mechwarrior Mercenaries\Content\ABLScripts
You will find the file is a normal text file that can be opened in notepad. It also contains full instructions on what each entry does and what options are available.
For utter noob training try making these changes.
getbotfiresettings = 2;
longtomlivefire = 0;
sniperlivefire = 0;
If your own training instructors are standing by in online play also change this too.
destroysillybots = 1;
For expert training sessions use these.
getbotfiresettings = 0;
longtomlivefire = 1;
sniperlivefire = 1;
For special clan or lan group nights, set the training level to something challenging like.
getbotfiresettings = 0;
longtomlivefire = 1;
sniperlivefire = 1;
And then empty the brawler pit so your players can go 1 on 1 TD style winner stays on.
emptythebrawlerpit = 1;
The scoring cannot cope with friendly fire in the pit but you will easily know whos won because he won't be dead
Finally for some real lance level training, have 4 players do the coop demo with the settings set to expert. The bots are setup to attack their objectives if nobody shoots them first. So as long as you keep the bots busy, they will not go for their objectives.
If you want an organised guide to BBC2 features for the site I can supply you with any info you need. Just let me know. Theres more to BBC2 than people see. Just try each of the digouts in the jumpslug range for example, you will notice your shooting at different targets. Thats a Gydion idea btw.
