I got annihilated on Mechworks the other night by a Garg carrying Inferno-AGL and/or AGL Tracer along with Artillery Beacons. I was in a 4RAC2,2LCBL Garg. Now, I checked out his config in Instant Action and it turns out a Garg can only carry 2 regular Inferno-AGL, and with a recycle of 10 seconds they are not all that useful. So, I suspect he was using AGL tracers, which turn out to deliver quite a lot of heat to a target and have a quick recycle. With the Arty beacon to finish things off, this can be a very effective config.

So what's the deal with AGL tracers? Do you think they deliver way too much heat? Does this seem out of balance? Are there other tracer secrets I haven't decribed here?

They're now banned in MWL becuase you can boat them on pretty much any mech and through some glitch they give off heat. They're really annoyng and last time I saw any on Ronin I took a progressively larger zippo to the 2 people using them.
