ok im am currently on a quest to create a personal signeture mech but most of the designs i have created are just laking so i thought i would ask for suggestions from every one here

there are no limmets to the design and the server i plan to use it in plays no heat and unlimmeted ammo so feel free i have a few ideas of my own but id like to see what every one here can come up with and maybe blend them into my designs. i would prefere a mad cat based design but if any one else has suggestions im open to ideas......

i am currently using a laser boat mad cat with lrm 15's as secondry weapons

Check out the Mechlab Downloads forum. Many good variants in there. Personally, I really like 'Cards Queen Of Hearts 6 ERLL Madcat.

Just remember that most of the designs in the Mech lab are intended for Mechwarrior Mercenairies with a couple of Mektek paks applied. If I recall you are still playing BK so some of the designs will not be available.

If you have the Clan mech Pack then (with a suitable amount of judicious tinkering to give it BK weapons) a Cauldron Born with full reactive armour, 2 CLBX 20 an ERML and a Streak 6 Pack is pretty much mine. Although with a Cauldron born the way forward is probably the Menty Fresh which is one of Mentawl's. It's adapted for Mercs in the download section although he kindly supplied what needs to be changed to give it it's former config as well so you can change it to a BK config although obviously the download will not work for you unless you start playing mercs. Then it will. However, as a MadCat fiend as well, take a look at a MadCat with 2 RAC 2's and 2 ERPPC's or 3 ERML, 2 Streak 6 and 2 CLBX 10,

while looking at some of the downloadable mech designs i took one and converted it into BK and it slaps mechs about like no tommorow
