A lot of your weapons have different lead times making it difficult to place all of the shots in the same place (they all have different ranges too). I would recommend with most configs basing it around one type of weapon with maybe a secondary back up.
The Atlas can mount Bap and ECM. With something that big you are going to get shot so you may as well sneak in on radar and get the first shot in.
