'Card, you might want to mention it's a map. Also, I get an "Insert Disc 2" error when I try to use it. Do you have to manually move some files to get this to work?

Did you tell it to install it into the resoure/usermissions folder?
If you did, then I have no idea why you are getting that error. <_<

Nope, the files were sent there. It also sent some to the maps folder, I copied those over and I'll try it out later.

No idea

*comming from the guy who made the damned thing*
This weekend I think I'll have some free time to look into it and see if I can figure it out

EDIT: WOW! I really can't remember how to do anything with the #$% mission editor anymore.... it's beyond me how to do it right now, and just isn't something that I have the time to figure out for quite a while

Just a thought......why must blue be the color? Why not......white.....?

The big blue app, do we use it like a stand alone app or do we need to use it as a plugin or an addon to an existing DI app?

Uhm... big blue is merely a custom map that you install into the maps folder of your mercs game so that you can take screenshots that are easy to seperate the background from the mech- hence giving you an isolated mech to use for your graphical enjoyment.
Sandy- it doesn't necessarily have to be blue, I believe there is a pink map as well. The reason you don't want to use white is (think about this with me for a minute) because you want a pretty high contrast between the edge of the background and the mech.... you don't want those pixels to be anywhere close to a shade on your mech, or when you magic wand the background you'll end up taking a fair chunk of the edges of the mech along with it. You could make a purple one if you want......

Come to think of it, blueness is quite fine!

There is also a black one that is exceedingly good for making animations.

k, finally got around to figuring it out, you have to put the files from the usermissions folder into the missions folder. then it works great.
