I have extracted the files to the appropriate directory, however the instructions say "You should be able to select it from lobby listed under custom undefined."

I can't find that anywhere in the multiplayer lobby!. Am I looking in the wrong place?

iirc you need to host your own game, custom undefined will be one of the mission types you can select.

I have installed the correct directory, however it keeps asking me to place disc 2 in the drive when it is already there. Tried a few different ways but it kept coming back to that same instruction. Tried disc one, tried a different drive etc. Any ideas?

that generally means the texture is in the wrong folder.. its been a long time since i installed a map on veng. but i believe it was textures into resources/maps and mission files into resources/user missions.

the texture file is the .mw4 one i think.. not sure, i'm sure someone who's a bit less rusty will be able to tell you once they wake up and read forums.
