I dunno, it just seems like that right side is a waste of space, as if it needs something, but I'm not sure what. Any recommendations? Things I should fix about the rest of the thing?

Seriously, I like it. And yes, the right hand side looks like real estate that will loose it's value very soon. Bah, you can always say the site is optimized for 800x600

Dude...if somebody is running their desktop at 800x600, I wouldn't want them looking at my site

(1) Nuke it and shrink the header thingy down.
(2) Put a PHP chat box or a Shout-Box there.
