OK. I do not have either BK or V. I dl'd the large files from MechTech. I also got a second file for each mappack. Do I *also* have to download and install each texture for these maps. I'm afraid the instructions on that page have left me a might confused about this.

If you do not have Veng/BK, then yes you need to DL each of the 24~ meg texture files listed. For the BK textures you then have to run the 'texture patcher' program listed on that download page. PITA but worth it.

EDIT: SERIOUS case of deja-vu just hit me, real bad, after reading the other map thread, specifically the end of it. Did we cover this same topic just prior to one of the crashes?
