I know that there was a hudpatch program that gave you new HUD displays for Veng. But is there one for MW4?

There is one for Mercs but I haven't a clue if you can use it over MP3.0 whatever version we're up to. Have you checked over at Mektek?

It works with straight Mercs PR1--played the game through about 6 months ago. Always liked the new HUD a lot better than the one that comes with the game. I have not tried it with the 302 patches, etc.
